Mango Chia Seed Pudding

This simple and healthy treat is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. 

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

3 tablespoons black chia seeds

½ tablespoon honey

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch nutmeg

1 small mango

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and place in a lidded glass jar. 

Refrigerate for at least 5 hours but preferably overnight.

Just before serving, top with chopped ripe mango.

Enjoy!
